Crab Fest
Exclusively available for dinner on 14 and 15 June 2024, Colony presents Crab Fest, a feast of over 16 crab dishes and 7 crab varieties for this two-day event.
Indulge in a variety of culinary highlights such as king crab with compressed watermelon and horseradish mascarpone cream, soft shell crab spaghetti with chilli crab sauce, black pepper crab, crab dum biryani; and an assortment of themed desserts, including a crab pudding with Chilli Crab ice cream.
