This July, we transport your palate to the vibrant heart of Indonesia, with a curated culinary journey curated in collaboration with chefs from the scenic Ritz-Carlton, Bali.
Defined by rich heritage and bold, aromatic complexity, savour an elevated exploration of regional staples, from the rich crunch of slow-roasted Babi Guling to the aromatic depth of Bebek Betutu Bumbu Rajang.
For dessert, indulge in artisanal Pisang Goreng fritters and the cooling, tropical layers of a classic Es Teler.
